 Penguin Encounter
Ever wonder what it’s like to be up close to a penguin?
Now you can find out with Penguin Encounter – a brand new,
 once-in-a-lifetime, 45-minute interactive opportunity to have a close up encounter with an African penguin and learn how our animal experts care for these playful birds.
Experience the inner workings of the Penguin Pavilion exhibit, learn how staff cares for the exhibit’s current residents, and then enter Penguin Preschool where you will meet one of the Aquarium’s newest arrivals and stars of the Encounter — one of three penguin chicks that will waddle, swim, even shake its tail feathers! After this unforgettable interaction, photos will be permitted to capture this unique meet-and-greet moment forever.
Each guest will receive one beach ball!

*Note: General Aquarium Admission required and cost is separate. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 5 are not permitted.
