The following is needed in order to consider a donation from AMW:
- Submit letter on company letterhead.
- Must be an organization fundraising for children.
- Submit request via fax to 631.208.0466 or mail. Please do not e-mail requests.
- All request that are approved will be filled within 2 weeks.
- Donation of 2 tickets will be sent to the business address and cannot be sent to someone’s private address.
